1. Install new LED sports lighting on existing poles to provide a complete and functional system. 2. Unloading of Lighting Equipment: The contractor is responsible for unloading the lighting equipment at time of delivery and placing materials and equipment in a secure environment. Lighting equipment must be placed in containers or in a secure area until installed. Protection and safe keeping of the lighting equipment is the contractor’s responsibility until the lighting equipment is mounted on poles. Handle material in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions carefully avoiding damage to components and finish. 3. Reuse underground wiring. 4. Site access to pole locations shall be the responsibility of the owner. 5. Protect track during installation. Provide ¾ inch plywood where needed. 6. Demo existing lighting system including fixtures, crossarms, wire harness, control cabinets, platform / man baskets. 7. Protect / preserve existing underground branch circuits for reuse. 8. Install new fixtures, crossarms, wire harness, remote electronic control cabinets with drivers, and control and monitoring cabinets. Install all equipment in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions, specifications, and approved submittals. 9. Dumpster, if needed, to be provided by contractor. 10. Restoration for damage caused by trucks and equipment shall be the responsibility of the contractor.
