Provide the following options: Option 1-Remove all VCT flooring, vinyl cove base, and carpet. Prepare concrete slab in accordance with LVT flooring manufacturers installation instructions and install LVT flooring, 1x8 wood baseboard, and ¾” wood quarter round in all areas of the 2nd floor, excluding the FB dispatch office, electrical room, rear evidence room, and lavatories. Option 2-Remove all VCT flooring, vinyl cove base, and carpet. Slab prep and installation of a polished concrete finished floor to include installation of 1”x8” wood base and wood ¾” quarter round trim excluding the FB dispatch office, electrical room, rear evidence room, and lavatories. Painting will be handled separately by owner under separate contract.
