Nephi City, Utah (referred to herein as "Sponsor"), is requesting statements of qualifications and experience from consulting firms ("Proposers") qualified and experienced in the field of airport engineering services. The Sponsor plans to award a five-year contract for airport engineering services subject to review on an annual basis for all engineering projects subject to federal assistance under the Airport and Airway Improvement Act of 1982, as amended, or other sources of funding. The contract will be for the basic airport engineering consulting services as defined herein. The Nephi Municipal Airport reserves the right to inquire into the prospective Proposer’s ability to provide professional services, as defined below, and to amend the Schedule of Projects and contract Scope of Work at the sole discretion of Nephi Municipal Airport, on behalf of the Sponsor, to include any or all of the below-listed services. Contemplated projects under this contract may include but are not limited to any of the following projects: 1. Master Plan Update 2. Acquire SRE 3. Runway Rehabilitation 4. Pavement Preservation- Ongoing Design and Construction 5. Construction of Parking Lot, Fence, and Gate 6. Taxiway Rehabilitation 7. Expansion of Apron 8. Improve Utilities 9. Other Projects as identified
