A. Power wash the entire building B. Paint and re-caulk building with Sikaflex C. Replace all bad trim boards D. Replace all loose and cracked siding E. Re-nail all siding F. Replace metal flashing, where needed G. Remove and replace canopy’s above walk doors H. Remove signage and replace after the area is painted I. New trim and flashing at windows, where needed J. New 4x8 Hardi siding and flashing above windows in front of building (it’s currently painted white) K. New siding and trim boards at drive-thru canopy L. Replace soffit, as needed M. Rebuild column (that got hit by a car) N. Demo window in courtyard and frame in, install insulation and match new siding to existing (see attachment) O. Replace windows in courtyard with new storefront (see attachment) P. Power wash, paint and caulk, spot prime any raw wood on trim with Sherwin Williams Oil Primer (see specifications sheet) Q. Paint trim and siding with Duration Stain, must have two coats of paint (see specifications sheet) R. Paint metal doors and pipes with Pro Industrial Urethane Enamel (see specifications sheet) S. Paint gas line to match the building T. All painting must have two coats of paint
