1. Trim all bushes and dispose of clippings off site 2. Remove excess build up of existing mulch & dispose of off site 3. Install new mulch (mulch will be provided by the school district, contractor must provide estimated amount needed per school) 4. Any leftover mulch should be hauled to next location or designated area 5. Mulch to be installed at 3” thick 6. Bushes & Mulch should be completed between May 1st – July 31st each year 7. Trees trimmed to minimum of 10 ft (exception determined by A5 and Contr) a. Trees can be trimmed throughout the year 8. Weeds pulled, then beds sprayed monthly with herbicide to prevent weeds throughout the year. 9.
