All Architectural Services must be provided with the highest level of professional skill, care, and judgment and in compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements. Because the Project is partially funded by the State of Connecticut, Department of Administrative Services (DAS) through its Office of Grant Administration (OGA) grant program for public school construction projects, the selected Architect is required to meet the requirements and conditions imposed by the State of Connecticut. A Facilities Study and Educational Specifications have been provided by Quisenberry Arcari Malik (QA+M) and are available on the State of CT DAS website: https://portal.ct.gov/das/ctsource/bidboard?language=en_US and RSD 13 BOE website: https://www.rsd13ct.org/Our-District/Central-Services/Business-Office/index.html. The scope of services for the Project is described in Exhibit A (the “Services”), and generally includes the following services: Schematic Design; Design Development; Construction Documents; Cost Estimating, Procurement, Construction Administration and Closeout.
