City of Columbia Public Works Department is looking to procure a paddle wheel design, ride-on self contained shot blasting system for medium to large projects. Unit shall have the ability to pass through a 36" door and have a pulse style High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) dust collector. Bidder shall meet the following, at a minimum; Husqvarna BMR-25P or equivalent. Blast Pro BP-10-27 or equivalent. Production Capacity: Up to 1,500 feet per hour. Blast Pattern: 10". Travel Speed: Variance up to 200 feet per minute. Engine: 27 Horsepower Kohler or equivalent. Dimensions: 78" x 36" x 55". Fuel: Liquefied petroleum gas, 33 pound bottle (vapor). Work Lights: 12 Volts direct current, light-emitting diode. Electronic fuel injection.
