Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Applied Learning Technology Associates (ALTA). ALTA has significant experience working with the Migrant Education Program and knowledge of federal requirements and reporting standards. This work will include: Interview 30 migrant students from migratory families each year from the 2024-2027 program years, who will be randomly selected from a list of students identified as eligible for the migrant program during the 2024-2025, 2025-2026, and 2026-2027 program years. Program years begin September 1 of the current year and end August 31, of the next year. Develop the re-interview process to include: a revised re-interview protocol based on federal recommendations.
