User Access and Security: o Tiered user access with the ability to restrict or hide content by rights level. o Secure hosting in a data center with daily backups. o Encrypted data transfers, restricted access, and physical security for data storage. o Compliance with University of Idaho security standards and compatibility with existing IT systems, including Shibboleth and single sign-on. 4. Platform Requirements: o Mobile-ready with optimized interfaces for Windows, iOS, and Android. o ADA accessibility. o Browser-based (no installation required). o Automated password reset functionality. o Compatibility with University ethernet and operating systems. 5. Maintenance and Updates: o Daily data feed updates between Banner and the platform. o Compatibility with operating system updates and active malware protection.
