A. Provide resources and coach local educators from pre-K to school completion on delivering evidence based instructional practices for students with challenging behaviors, Autism Spectrum Disorders and other complex needs by managing a statewide professional learning infrastructure. B. Enhance local capacity by facilitating system-level planning, communities of practice, train-the-trainer professional learning, and developing the coaching skills of district-level personnel. C. Provide initial and sustainability support to maintain and expand the skills of Autism Interdisciplinary Teams. Support district staff use of the Behavior Skills Training model, using data to monitor and modify programming, inclusive education principles, and enhanced district-level training. D. Develop the skills of personnel who support students with Autism or complex needs through webinars, workshops, online learning, virtual training (e.g. registered behavior technician training), classroom consultation, and personalized learning pathways (e.g., InSTEP, Summer Institute, Supporting Complex Communication Across Multiple Environments, and Understanding the Unique Transition Needs of Postsecondary Students with Autism and other Complex Needs).
