2.2.3 Scheduled Collection: The contractor shall provide collection service for the cart on a scheduled basis, as specified below: a. The contractor shall collect compost from the seven (7) sixty-five (65) gallon carts one (1) time per week on days and times agreeable to the Department. 2.2.4 Unscheduled Collection: In addition to the scheduled collection service as identified above, the contractor shall provide unscheduled collection services by collecting the compost from the cart(s) no later than twenty-four (24) hours after being notified by the Department of the need to empty and collect the compost from the cart(s). a. The Department makes no guarantee of a minimum or maximum amount of unscheduled collections that may be required.
