2.1.1 The contractor shall provide Missouri Childhood Resource and Referral services for the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency. 2.1.2 The contractor shall ensure all activities conducted herein are provided in a culturally sensitive and responsive manner. 2.1.3 The contractor's personnel may perform duties remotely; however, the contractor must have an onsite location in Missouri that has adequate meeting space for regular training activities with the working team. The contractor and its Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) must be located within the continental US. 2.1.4 The contractor shall attend weekly meetings hosted by the state agency. The meetings may be held virtually. 2.1.5 The contractor may be required to attend quarterly, in person, meetings and trainings in Jefferson City, Missouri hosted by the state agency.
