he Missouri Department of Transportation Northwest District is seeking vendors to supply pricing On-Call Emergency Traffic High Mast Arm, Signal, Lighting, and Fiber Repairs. Pricing will be awarded on a "multiple award basis". MoDOT will use this price agreement based on cost, availability and on an as needed basis. The contract period will be Notice of Contract Award through one (1) years with (3) 1- year renewal options 1. Traffic Signal, Lighting, High Mast Lighting, and Fiber Emergency Repairs throughout the Northwest District. Projects will vary based on the damage. 2. The contractor awarded a project will make the necessary repairs that are deemed an emergency. Then the contractor shall submit a "proposal not to exceed" to finish the needed repairs for the project if applicable. A MoDOT representative will provide a "notice to proceed" on the final repairs with a purchase order. 3. When all work is completed a MoDOT representative l will verify the work and check off to be paid. 4. Any applied hourly rates will begin at the project location. For the non-emergency repairs, the hourly rate will begin at an agreed starting time between the contractor and the MoDOT representative. 5. The contractor will comply with any local laws involving safety in the prosecution of this work and will be responsible for coordinating all activities with any utility companies whose facilities (water, gas, power lines, etc.) may be affected during this work, in addition, coordinate work with the MoDOT representative. 6. The contractor must provide all tools, supplies, equipment, vehicles, and will be responsible for all costs (permits, licenses, compost site fees, etc.) incidental to the project. A permit from MoDOT Right of Way will NOT be required.
