Specifications include, but are not limited to: This proposal is for consulting services related to WCU’s migration to the Banner-based CourseLeaf environment. WCU has been using CourseLeaf’s Catalog and Curriculum Management Software since 2015 and added CourseLeaf’s Class Scheduling (CLSS) Software module in 2022. Due to delays with the PASSHE migration to Ellucian’s Banner Software, it is critical that WCU has the ability to preserve historical records of course changes, and to pull information through the BTP and bridge course changes back into Banner. The Proposal is to rebuild the existing integration between WCU’s Student Information System and CouseLeaf’s CAT & CIM products. It is for professional services to rebuild the integration to ensure that our existing products continue to work. Course changes back into Banner. Because this system is proprietary only CourseLeaf can provide the required services. Based on the information above it is not feasible for WCU to conduct a competitive procurement process for these services.
