Services would include, but are not limited to the following: • Troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing and or replacement of locksets and hardware. • Repair, replace or re-keying cylinders when requested. • Cut all keys as requested by Approved Staff. All issued keys will be signed for in the Key Documentation Logs. • Develop and maintain a log of all repairs, maintenance, keys made and who they were issued to. • Repair/ change codes or replace push button locks. • Perform all preventative maintenance as requested by locking system manufacturer as requested. At a minimum preventative maintenance service will include inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustment of all locking hardware components. All preventative maintenance work will be performed during normal business hours. • All parts used in the repair of locking systems will be OEM Locking System Manufacturers part or similar quality.
