Design: a. Meet with City staff to confirm and finalize the programmatic needs of the facility. b. Provide full Architectural and Engineering services for the design and construction administration of the Public Works Facility; c. Owner will provide Needs Assessment, and geotechnical report (see Exhibit A and B). If any other reports, studies, or investigations are needed proposing firm shall include in their proposal and scope; d. Design parking for visitors, staff, support vehicles, and accessible parking as required. If modifications to existing facility parking/site plans are recommended as a part of the new facility proposing firm shall ensure existing facilities have necessary parking or add the needed parking, to meet City Land Development code. e. Design site improvements, landscaping, walkways, utilities, fencing, storm water, and monument signs with special consideration for low maintenance landscaping and efficient use of water resources, as required and where appropriate. f. The site is approximately 39 acres. The existing conditions have been described in Section II.
