The contractor shall provide an eighteen-hour online Private School Teacher Preparation Program for the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency. Qualified vendors must be a charitable organization registered in the State of Missouri that is exempt from federal taxation under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. The online Private School Teacher Preparation Program must be eighteen-hours and related to subjects appropriate for elementary and secondary education settings. The program may be a live, instructor-led course, recorded, modules, etc. The contractor must ensure participants enrolling in the online program have a bachelor’s degree. Participants enrolling in the program must pay program fees directly to the contractor. All fees to provide the program must be charged on a cost recovery basis.
