Sole Source Justification: UVU Athletics is seeking to expand the use of Teamworks to a department-wide solution to build on the success of our current multi-year agreement. Teamworks is already integrated into several teams and provides a unified platform for student-athlete engagement, operations management, academic tracking, social media tools, NIL services, and performance nutrition. Its single sign-on (SSO) feature enhances security and simplifies roster management, making it the only solution that meets our department’s need for efficiency and compatibility. Based on research, including consultations with peer institutions and vendors at NCAA and NACDA Conventions, no other product offers the same comprehensive features, seamless integration, or alignment with our existing contract. Expanding Teamworks ensures operational consistency, cost-effectiveness, and the best support for our student-athletes and staff.
