Stage • We prefer a 28x24 stage to best accommodate the dance groups. A 24x20 stage may also be considered but we would want the audio equipment placed off the stage to maximize the performance area. Please provide pricing for both options in your quote if you are able to provide either size. A photo and model description of your proposed stage(s) should be included within your quote. • The vendor will be responsible for supplying a roof covering for the stage and at least one set of stairs with handrails on the back of the stage for performance group entrance and exit. This is a rain or shine event so please plan accordingly with your roofing. • The stage will be located on 2nd Street between Pine & Locust, see screenshot below, and must be set up following the road closure in time for the 11am start. The expected road closure time is 8am on Saturday, March 1, 2025 or another mutually agreed upon time that morning. Please list your preferred set-up time within your quote. • The stage must be removed immediately following the end of the last performance at 7:15pm. Please list the anticipated time for your load out to be complete so we can plan on when the road can be re-opened. Audio • Audio required for an outdoor festival to deliver clear coverage throughout the stage area on 2nd Street between Cranberry and Locust Street, a less than 200-ft long area. • Piped in family friendly music or DJ during entertainment group changeover. • Audio package to cover the needs of all entertainment groups. There will be fire dancers, dance groups, choirs, and instrumental groups such as youth concert/jazz bands. • Option for entertainment groups to provide music in advance to have ready to play at the event OR plug in their own device to play music at the event. All music files and audio needs for each group will be provided prior to the event. If you have directions, we should provide to those plugging in (such as preferred types of devices), please list it in your quote. Staffing • Professional staff needed for set-up and management of audio during the event.
