The Consultant will perform analysis related to construction time and costs, including CPM analysis of cost loaded construction schedules, and will provide the following services, as required by the DOTD’s Project Manager (PM), for each Task Order (TO): Prior to letting: Estimate construction cost and time. Review plan constructability. Coordinate with the department in plan and proposal development, particularly related to sequence of construction. Provide value engineering proposals related to the design and construction of the project. Review pre-award documents and participate in pre-award activities as needed. Following letting: Provide a full CPM analysis enforcing DOTD CPM specifications throughout the life of the construction project, reviewing requirements such as activity description and duration, float, longest path, early start, late finish, and scheduled earnings. CPM analysis will cover all schedule iterations, including but not limited to baselines, updates, and impacts.
