The Consultant shall provide the following engineering and related services: This RAISE Grant project will design and construct a Truck Parking Facility for approximately 50 commercial trucks, 100 cars, and 12 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations along with an amenity building near the inland Port of Columbia, Ouachita River, and LA 165. The services to be performed are described more specifically as follows: INITIAL SERVICES TASK 1: PROJECT MANAGEMENT The Consultant shall schedule a kick-off meeting with the DOTD Project Manager and project team according to the Schedule of Deliverables. The Consultant is responsible for setting up the project kick-off meeting which will include, but not be limited to, the meeting agenda, miscellaneous handouts, and project schedule.
