*Conduct employee background checksinaccordancewithstate and Federal laws; • *Recruit,screen, andemploy substitute employeesin compliance with state/federal laws and District standards (i.e., minimum qualifications, dress standards, skill level,etc.). • *Assign consistentsupport personnel toworkwith theDistrictto develop and/or manage the system, and provide training and ongoing support. • *Placesubstitute personnel utilizing anautomated substitute management system. • *Theautomated staffing systemmusttrack employee absences by type and program. The system must also track the cost-fund code for the substitute employee. • *Provide program training to District staff. Training to be oriented towards the installation, operation, anduse ofthe web-based application. Alltraining is to be conducted atthe District's site.
