Mt. Hood Community College (MHCC) is seeking Proposals from Professional from qualified firms or individuals to provide engineering, environmental, planning, and technical services necessary for advancing the Kelly Creek Restoration project (the “Project”) to a preliminary level of design and planning. The selected Proposer shall provide interdisciplinary engineering, design, scientific, and technical services for the Project, including, but not limited to, confirmation of project requirements and criteria, 30% engineering design plans, a basis of design report to the pertinent level of design, development of a cost estimate with sufficient basis to support future MHCC grant applications for final project funding, technical site studies including geotechnical evaluation, and permitting support.
