SCOPE: • Complete power hydraulics (see note) for reversible plow, single right (or left as designated) wing, including front power tilt lifting device and push frame • Hydraulic wing cabinet with minimum 43” lifting capacity • Parallel push arms, front wing slide, oil reservoir with a minimum 40 gallon capacity with magnetic drain plug • Provisions for oil level sensor and a Hydro-Craft HSG-55 6” sight level/temperature gauge (mounted on left side of tank) • REXROTH MODEL M4-12 valves and cab controls for operating two-way front plow and right hand wing • Extra valve sections for operation of dump body, spreader conveyor and spinner • All Grade 8 fasteners shall be furnished HITCH: • Front hitch shall be designed to fit chassis designated by the state without modification, drilling or welding • The hitch shall be equipped with a hydraulic tilt utilizing 4” X 10” plow lifting cylinder and must be fully detachable • Plow lift arm assembly designed to withstand 2500 psi to relief without fracture • To prevent the wing blade from coming unhooked from the truck while in operation there shall be a 3/8" chain provided with each front wing post for securing the wing to the front wing post. This chain will be 40" long to accommodate various manufacturers’ wing models and shall include a 3/8" mid-link on each end. One end will attach to a 3/8" lug welded to the front wing post slide by the successful bidder and the other end will attach to a point that will be determined and installed by the State • Pins used for tilt or removal of hitch to be equipped with handles • Plow light and license plate brackets shall be installed and designed to minimize vibration • When removed a plate bracket and channel/angle iron bumper shall remain with the truck • Sufficient clearance to prevent cab contact shall be provided when tilted • A non-skid step shall be fastened to the lower left side if the hitches horizontal tube • The front corners of the non-skid step shall be cut down 2” and over 2” capped off and finished ground smooth • Cable over the cab will not be accepted • Horizontal structures attached to the right front wing slide shall extend equal distance to the left as well full trip hinge not acceptable • “D” Hinge shall have a 1-1/2”X 6” bolt to attach wing • Three (3) holes for plow mounting pins shall be provided with bottom hole 16” O.C. from ground • All ½” wire rope thimbles to be HEAVY DUTY Campbell part number 626-0205 or equal • Rear wing slide shall utilize two (2 )ea. bolts, two (2) ea. lock washers and two (2) ea. welded in place nuts to secure both wing arms to wing slide assembly
