Contractor shall safely remove and properly dispose of two (2) existing underground storage tanks. Alternately, Contractor may fill the existing tanks with flowable mortar pursuant to Iowa code. The tanks will be abandoned in place if flowable is the method of choice. Contractor shall provide and install one (1) above ground 15,000-gallon Fireguard UL 2085 fuel tank - no substitutions Existing items to be reused/reinstalled Veeder Root Tank Monitor Fuel Dispenser Fleet Focus Fuel Management Hardware Provide and report environmental sampling required by EPA/DNR Manage on-going waste & recycling of field supplies Provide Certificate of Disposal if/when the tanks are removed If tanks are removed provide tank cleaning and certificate Properly dispose of any remaining fuel in both underground tanks Provide all required safety equipment for removal/installation staff and subcontractors, as well as a safety plan, consistent with City and State of Iowa safety policies and OSHA requirements Provide full commissioning to ensure all equipment is properly installed and operating in accordance with its design intent Provide all warranty documentation
