The District is seeking a thorough demographic analysis of the District to provide reliable enrollment projections for all attendance areas. The selected vendor will compile and analyze the data needed to develop a comprehensive demographic and enrollment projection study that forecasts population and household growth in the District from 2025-2030. The study should provide detailed demographic information about the District as a whole and about the individual attendance zones within the District. The study should breakdown enrollment projections by year, grade, and school, including socioeconomic, racial and ethic characteristics of students. Considerations should be given to all factors impacting enrollment across the District, including, but not limited to, industrial growth, live births to residents, age and size of population, non-public school enrollments, and residential housing units, both current and anticipated. Projected changes or demographic shifts of overall and/or student population should be noted. Fifteen hard copies of the final report will need to be provided after District approval, in addition to a digital copy.
