The City of Fayetteville has a continuous need for professional Owner’s Advisor services for a variety of City building projects. Current projects consist of renovating office buildings, essential government services facilities and maintenance buildings. Additional projects of similar scope and character will be added each year. Future projects may also include new building construction, site work, carpentry, electrical upgrades, HVAC upgrades, fire protection, roofing, and IT improvements. Projects currently funded include: A. 911 Communications Facility B. Fire Station 2 C. Fire Station 4 D. Fire Station 9 E. Fire Station 16 F. Mable C. Smith Community Center G. Mazarick Park Tennis Center H. McArthur Road Sports Complex Additional projects to be added at the discretion of the City
