Coastal Carolina University is seeking a contractor to provide cleaning services for Springs Brooks Stadium following each of approximately 25-30 home baseball games played at the University each baseball season. The quantity referenced here is an average but this number may be less or can be exceeded. Contractor shall: • Remove all trash from Springs Brooks Stadium throughout the stadium and entrances (cleaning service excludes coaches’ offices, suite and bathrooms) • Dispose of trash in dumpsters provided by the University • Place clean trash bags inside all trash containers. Trash bags will be provided by the University. • Pressure wash Springs Brooks Stadium including bleachers, stands, and dugouts following trash removal • Blowing and removing debris from underneath the stands • Must complete stadium cleaning services as stated by 7:00AM on the morning following a game.
