1. The service which will provide may be inspected and approved by the Counties Department manager occupying the facility under contract for this service. 2. A service ticket must be signed by a representative of each facility serviced under this contract. 3. The County reserves the right to place a representative to accompany a technician while servicing the facility. 4. The County reserves the right to cancel contract to at any time for justifiable cause. Further, contract to purchase may be canceled for any other reasons by either party upon 30 days written notice. 5. At a minimum the vender must provide trained professional technicians to provide quality inspections, pest monitoring, sanitation and structural recommendations, mechanical trapping, biological applications and targeted product application. 6. Each service visit will require general inspection of the facilities areas serviced. 7. Each service visit will require a verbal and written response on the service tickets report of the facilities condition at that servicing. This should include findings and recommendations. 8. Communications and response time must be within 24 hours of initial contact and availability 7 days a week. 9. Frequency shall be once per month on each facility and could be an extra call if a problem arises. 10. Service area of each facility shall include immediate exterior as well as interior. 11. At a minimum, service shall include roach and rodent control/elimination as well as any other species considered to be pests under this type service.
