The project includes modernizing a passenger elevator. Scope of work includes but is not limited to: ● Replacing Outdated Components: Upgrade critical elements such as cab, doors, motors, controllers, drives, and signaling systems to meet current safety and security standards. ● Mechanical Equipment Upgrade: Update the hoist machinery and motors for improved eciency and reliability. ● Control Equipment Upgrade: Replace the existing elevator control system with a new, advanced microprocessor-based controller ● Cab Renovation: Enhance the cab's interior design and xtures for a modern aesthetic. ● Code Compliance: Ensure the system complies with current city, state, and National Elevator Code (ASME) standards. ● Testing: Conduct thorough testing of safety systems, including endurance tests, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
