NET Waterbuury Bus Facility **a large vacuum truck is necessary for the following work** Monthly: Bus WASH FLOOR PIT CLEANING/EQUIPMENT ROOM CLEAN OUT: Pump out sludge pits of the oil/water separator, shop, dirty dock / undercarriage wash, first two rows of floor drains at bus storage entrance, bus wash, including trench drains, waste dumpster and water storage hopper at the bus wash equipment room and dispose of all waste. Bi-Annual: Chassis Wash Bay Pump Out Clean the sludge pits/drains in the dirty dock / undercarriage wash, bus washer equipment room and dispose of all waste. Annual: Oil Water Separators Clean the three oil/water separators and dispose of all waste. This service requires a “confined space” specialty crew to perform the necessary service to the coalescer plate filter pack. . Annual: Floor Trench Collection Trays Clean the sludge pits of the shop inspection area and dispose of waste. Clean floor trench drains in the shop, bus storage, service lane and parking garage and dispose of all waste. Annual: Catch Basins: May: Clean all twenty-six (26) outside storm water catch basins and dispose of waste. Supply a 10 cu. Yd roll-off with metal slide cover to hold oily debris (CRO-5 Regulated Waste or most recent update). Roll-off will be emptied on an “on call” basis. All above services will need to be scheduled in advance and must be performed on Week days only Other On Call Services: Remove Paint Waste (DOT#UN1263 / DOO1, FOO3, FOO5, DOO35 or most recent update) and dispose of waste. Remove Waste Paint Filters (DOT#UN1263 / DOO1, FOO3, FOO5, DOO35 or most recent update) and dispose of waste. Remove residue from aerosol cans (DOT #UN1993/DOO1 – DO39 Waste or most recent update) and dispose of waste. Remediation of road spills and any other catastrophic event that may occur.
