1. Dimensions 1.1 Height – Acceptable range - Fifty-five and three eighths (55 3/8") inches up to sixty-seven (67") inches. 1.2 Width – Acceptable range thirty-four and three eighths (38 3/8") inches up to thirty-nine (39") inches. 1.3 Depth – Acceptable range thirty-eight and seven eights (38 7/8") inches up to forty-four (44") inches. 2. Design 2.1 Must have front loading capability. 2.2 Front door must have a clear glass insert, centered. 3. Load capability 3.1 Must be capable of washing loads up to sixty-five (65) pounds. 4. Miscellaneous 14.1 The washer must come with the ability to be bolted down to a concrete floor and come with manufacturer recommend hardware. 14.2 Contractor will be responsible for the repair/remediation of previous anchoring locations, and ensuring that any new anchoring locations drilled will not impact or be impacted by previous bolt/anchor locations. 14.3 Contractor will be responsible for repair of any damage to work environment in order to keep facility compliant with Fire/Life Safety Code. 14.4 Contractor will ensure that all connections to facility plumbing, and electrical service are hard service rated and meet the specifications of Idaho plumbing/electrical codes. 14.5 Facility drain pit requires that there be a 5" minimum steel riser fastened to the bottom of the installed equipment to allow for proper drainage. This gives a clearance of 13" from floor to bottom of drainpipe.
