UND is seeking to hire a consultant with expertise in Medicare coding and billing for rural health facilities to support implementing care management billing codes in Physician Fee Schedule. Vendor will provide subject matter expertise in Medicare coding and billing for rural health facilities, such as Rural Health Clinics (RHCs), Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), private rural clinics, and rural hospitals, among others. Work with a group of offices that range but not limited to 8-12 Federal Offices of Rural Health Policy grantees to include planning and providing technical assistance and one-on-one consultations with each grantee related to the implementation of new Medicare care management billing codes in the Physician Fee Schedule. Work may include the review of electronic health records (EHR) workflows to determine if grantees are capturing billing codes; conducting webinars and trainings; and leading and supporting learning collaboratives. Vendor will develop and lead a 90-minute public webinar discussing best practices and lessons learned and will work with NORC to document lessons learned and assist in the development of case studies and vignettes.
