The Greenville-Spartanburg Airport District (District) is seeking to receive bids for a Contractor to provide construction services for the Utility Upgrade – Water System at the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP), located in Spartanburg County, South Carolina. Any contractor with the appropriate licensing wishing to respond to this project must complete this application. General contractors must be able to show experience and expertise with similar sitework, utilities, and traffic control projects and be able to meet the requirements described in the attached Project Manual. The project includes the removal and replacement of water main utilities and installation of new water main utilities both along airport access roadways and within the airfield. This project includes jack and bore of new water mains under existing roadways and airfield pavements. Airport traffic (vehicular, aircraft and pedestrian) in and around all construction areas must be maintained.
