Project consists of repairing the building envelope and repairing damage caused by the existing HVAC system condensation issue. Work scope includes but not limited to removal of existing ductwork insulation, replacing with new ductwork and branch lines as identified on contract drawings, repair, patch, and seal all existing leak points in the ductwork, test and balance, install bi-polar ionization devices in split systems (3), replace exisƟng restroom exhaust fan and controls, add air devices in attic space, remove insulation on existing attic louver, provide and install dedicated ducted dehumidification system in return air ductwork, and other minor changes as outline in the contract drawing package. The contractor shall field verify work scope description, work conditions, and physical dimensions. Work hours shall be between 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday thru Friday.
