A. Develop conceptual designs for parking lot, splash pad, adventure playground, and sidewalk, based on Huckleberry Master Plan created in 2024. (Listed on the Master Plan as 6,7, 14) B. Develop grading plan, utility plan, and stormwater management plans C. Design of parking areas and drop-off areas in accordance with schematic plans, including parking space layout, loading areas, sidewalks, and painted pavement markings. D. Design Spray-To-Drain Splash Pad, including water management plans, and spray features. E. Design an Adventure Playground, with safety features. CPSI on staff is preferred. F. Design of single sidewalk, as noted on Huckleberry Master Plan. a. Sidewalk from 16 to 2 on Master Plan. b. Sidewalk surrounding the parking lot spaces G. Design of landscape base plan in coordination with project team H. Provide site development documents and outline specification to be used in cost estimating by 3rd party
