1.1 Contractor shall provide labor, materials, and equipment to provide regularly scheduled preventive maintenance and as-needed corrective maintenance services for the Water Division VFD AC Units and VFD Chillers listed below located at the J Avenue Water Treatment Plant, 761 J Avenue NE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52402 and some remote locations. 1.2 During the term of the Contract, the Contractor shall maintain an adequate stock of commonly used replacement parts and materials to assure the level of response as specified. 1.3 All parts shall be new and meet or exceed the original equipment manufacturers (OEM) specifications. Used, shopworn, demonstrator, prototype, reconditioned or discontinued models, parts or materials are not acceptable. 1.4 Contractor shall schedule all preventive maintenance inspections with Kendall Street, Project Manager, during regular working hours.
