1. The City of Athens Tennessee is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors interested in supplying a fireworks display. 2. The show will be displayed on July 4, 2025 at about 9:30pm. 3. The show will be a 20-minute display consisting of a main body and a finale and will include low level and aerial shells, no larger than 6”, with a detailed device count to be supplied. 4. Show is to be choreographed and synchronized to music to be played on the local radio station. 5. Proposers must obtain all necessary permits and licenses to perform the show and total to be included in proposal. 6. Basic cleanup of launch area to include policing of the fallout zone for any unexploded ordnance and removal of all large debris, mortars, racks, wire, wood and firing equipment used in the show will be the responsibility of the proposer. 7. Proposer will be responsible for security of the fireworks onsite from the delivery into the park until the end of the show.
