The Lane Community College is seeking an architectural design and engineering services team to define scope and design building modifications for the relocation of LCC’s Public Safety program currently residing in Building 12 to Building 15. In addition, the AE team should assess and design remediation strategies to address deferred maintenance issues with the elevated platform that is adjacent to Building 15. As part of the project, the AE team should be prepared to work closely and in collaboration with several other associated projects that are directly linked to this scope, namely the civil site access and parking lot work associated with Building 15 designed by KPFF Civil, the demolition of adjacent Building 12 designed by Henneberry Eddy Architects, and Major Maintenance work on Building 16, designed by Rowell Brokaw Architects.
