This site is located at the Washington County South Campus. Cut, Prepare & Trim out new cased 8’ x 84”opening in South wall. Remove metal wall panels Furnish and install all lumber and materials to frame up North & East walls including around the garage doors & build new wall across West end of room. Extend return airduct from current location to new West Wall. Furnish and install new 5/8’’ commercial fire rated gypsum board to recently framed walls, rough opening. Remove trim on existing office in Southeast corner adding 5/8” commercial fire rated gypsum board to exterior wall on office inside warehouse extending current walls to ceiling rafter. Furnish and install new 36’’ residential type door with hardware into new storage area. Finishing and texture on walls to match existing textures in other areas Primer coat all new interior walls and existing walls Paint all new interior walls and existing walls with Sherwin Williams Repost Grey, Semi‐Gloss wall paint, trim work, doors to be Sherwin Williams Tricorn Black, Semi‐Gloss. Furnish and install new 4” black vinyl cove base on new walls and existing interior walls Furnish and install new 1’’ x 6’’ trim work around new rough opening Furnish and install new 1’’ x 4’’ trim work around new storage room door and exterior side of office inside warehouse Spray paint (Dry Fall) on all ceiling surfaces and framing trusses with Dry Fall paint. Pricing should include all equipment needed for complete installation. Clean up and haul off all debris The CONTRACTOR shall provide a telephone number and contact for 24‐hour emergency service. If, after consulting with. Washington County, it is identified as an emergency situation, then service shall be provided within 6 hours anytime of the day or night.
