A. Contractor shall provide a heavy-duty mechanical broom street sweeper, e.g., Elgin Eagle or equivalent, to provide sweeping service to the entire parking lot area and roadway lanes. Contractor to provide a mobile or heavy-duty dustless power vacuum attachment capable of removing all debris and leaves from the paved parking area, fence line, etc. Hand blowing will be required in areas the sweeper will not reach. B. Area to be swept and cleaned shall include all concrete AND asphalt which covers the entire platform scale footprint. C. Contractor shall emphasize cleaning around al portable bathrooms. D. Contractor to provide service once every two (2) weeks not to exceed two times per month. In the event, the month will have more than four (4) weeks, the Contractor shall provide the service on the first week following the month. Contractor shall notify the CHP on-site contact the date and time of service one (1) week prior to the work being completed.
