MCOA is specifically interested in gathering input including, but not limited to, the following: • Targeting strategies to reach older individuals in greatest economic and social need, those who reside in rural areas and those who are limited English proficient. • Improving coordination and delivery of eldercare services. • Costs of providing eldercare services (unit rate) including set hourly rates for each service. • Continuation of minimum service hours per visit for selected services and selected geographic areas. • Ideas to encourage acquiring and maintaining additional workforce such as possible reimbursement for mileage and hiring incentives. • Data and reporting requirements; and • Other eldercare/caregiver services not currently offered through MCOA.
