Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The service includes: Minn. Stat. 115A..1320 Subd. 1(d) requires the MPCA calculates sales to check and verify the accuracy of pounds sold and recycled as reported by registered manufacturers for the implementation of Minnesota's electronics recycling law. The information to be delivered includes gathering and analyzing data that will be used to verify manufacturer-reported pounds sold. The Northeast Recycling Council (NERC) will acquire discounted market share data by working with multiple states for the calendar year January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024 and develop an estimate of pounds sold for each manufacturer of Video Display Devices per : Minn. Stat. 115A..1310 based on average product weights. These estimates will be compared to manufacturer reported sales and recycling pounds to identify major discrepancies.
