The firm submitting a quotation is to visit the site and examine the areas to be addressed to have an understanding of the existing conditions and evaluate the work required to complete the project. The quotation shall include all material, labor, equipment and items of work necessary to complete the reconstruction of the parking areas, construction of a new parking lot entrance from Howard Avenue and construction of the recreational facility all included in this document as Contract 80 PG -1 and as delineated in plans entitled Contract 80 PG-1 Early Care and Education Center 80 Howard Avenue Ansonia, Connecticut. Not all elements are delineated in both plans and specifications. Both documents are necessary to prepare a proposal and execute the work.
