The successful Proposer will be expected to assist and advise the University and its stakeholders, and deliver the following Scope of Services: • Initial discussions with WVU and the appropriate stakeholders to develop a program strategy, address questions, and develop a program schedule • Visit, or visits to the WVU campuses located in Morgantown, WV in order to provide proper assessment and valuation. • Provision of an audit and assessment of the University’s sponsorships assets, as well as identification of enhancement opportunities for untapped sponsorships, partnerships, and public-private relationships. • Review and evaluation of current WVU sponsorships and detailed analysis of such sponsorships in comparison to market value and peer institutions. • Development of a comprehensive database which details each identified sponsorship asset. • Identification and valuation of potential, untapped University sponsorship assets. • Comparative analysis of the University sponsorship and partnership opportunities with the current collegiate market, peer institutions, and fellow Big 12 universities...
