Furnish, Deliver, and Install THREE (3) New Mobile Video Camera Surveillance Trailers with Live Monitoring Services as follows: 1. Shall be New and Form factor shall be a self-contained video surveillance system mounted to a vehicle towable trailer and designed to be towed on public roadways and freeways. 2. Each trailer shall be equipped with a minimum of THREE (3) pan, tilt, zoom (PTZ) IP Network Cameras. An acceptable IP camera model shall be the Axis Q6135-LE, OR APPROVED SUBSTITUTION, with the following technical specifications: A. Shall be a National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) compliant device. B. Shall be supported by and compatible with the trailer manufacturer and components installed in each trailer.
