Morgantown Utility Board requests qualification submittals for professional services to be utilized for the design of our Laurel Point #1 Tank Replacement project in Morgantown, West Virginia. Prospective Consultants must register with Morgantown Utility Board by submitting a written Expression of Interest (EOI), which must be received by Morgantown Utility Board no later than 3:30 p.m. January 31, 2025. Morgantown Utility Board will issue a formal Request for Qualifications (RFQ) document to all prospective Consultants who submit an EOI expressing their wish to be considered. The required procedure includes submission of a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ), which must be received by Morgantown Utility Board no later than 3:30 p.m. February 14, 2025.Early submission of the EOI is strongly encouraged.
