One-time service installation (ONLY), Interior and Exterior of building• Unit Price shall represent the total cost for installation, bulb and ballast removal, and cleanup • Existing ballasts, lamps, and bulbs are to be disposed of off-site.• All debris is to be removed and the work area is to be left clean.• Fluorescent lamps, ballasts, and bulbs will be supplied by the DHR County office.o Verify with POC that supplies are on-site before scheduling installation and coming on-site!• Quote must include all trip charges, mileage, supplies, labor, fees, permit fees (if applicable), lift trucks, and all amounts necessary to complete the work as specified.• All vendors need to have a current license on file at the time of award and installation.• All work to be completed in one trip.• Must be completed by February 14, 2025.Payment terms:Net 30 paid in arrears after completion of service. No invoicing prior to completion of service.
