This Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by Kansas City Board of Public Utilities (“Purchaser”) for: proposals from qualified firms to provide ongoing strategic communications services and executive presentation, media, and communications training. The selected firm will collaborate with BPU leadership to enhance communication strategies, develop effective materials, and provide high-quality training to ensure effective stakeholder engagement and positive public perception. Agreement will be for 3 years with 2 (two) 1 (one) year renewal options. BPU is a municipal utility serving the Kansas City community by providing water and electric services. In an effort to strengthen its communications strategy, BPU requires the expertise of a strategic communications firm to develop and execute comprehensive communication plans, produce high-quality materials, and provide executive-level training for media and public appearances.
