The selected Respondent will be expected to provide comprehensive design build services for the review, coordination, planning and installation of nine (9) security camera stations at strategic locations across campus. This installation will include a combination of new code blue emergency stations and new security cameras mounted on new poles, aimed at ensuring full perimeter coverage for monitoring all ingress and egress activities. The selected team will be responsible for the entire process, from initial design through installation and final implementation. Each location will address the integration of low-voltage and electrical connections required for the security infrastructure, as well as any necessary trenching and support structures for the installation. The locations can be located no further than 300 feet from an adjacent University building to allow for fiber connections. Security cameras mounted on lighting poles require a power source separate from the lighting. All equipment, including the code blue stations and security cameras, will be procured and installed by the selected Respondent, with specification sheets provided by the University. The selected Respondent will collaborate closely with key University stakeholders, including the Office of Information Technology (OIT), Department of Public Safety (DPS) and the Planning, Space & Real Estate (PSRE) teams along with the Building Code Division (BCD) team to ensure all aspects of the design and installations meet functional, safety, and regulatory requirements.
